- •TELA-X does not tell you what trades to take, when to enter or exit, or how much to risk on any trade.
- •The RED, YELLOW, and GREEN classifications are based on YOUR pre-defined rules and historical behavior patterns, not market predictions.
- •Alerts and interventions are suggestions based on behavioral analysis. You maintain full control over all trading decisions.
- •Pattern detection is not perfect. The AI may miss patterns or identify false positives. Always use your own judgment.
Your Rules, Your Discipline
- •TELA-X helps you adhere to YOUR pre-defined trading rules. We do not set rules for you.
- •You are responsible for defining appropriate risk parameters, position limits, and trading rules for your situation.
- •The effectiveness of TELA-X depends on the quality and appropriateness of the rules you set for yourself.
- •TELA-X cannot force you to follow your rules. Ultimate discipline is your responsibility.

Beta Technology
- •TELA-X is currently in beta development. The platform may contain bugs, errors, or behave unexpectedly.
- •Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice during the beta period.
- •Service interruptions may occur. Do not rely solely on TELA-X for critical trading decisions.
- •We continuously improve our AI models and pattern detection algorithms. Results may vary.
- •You use TELA-X at your own discretion and risk during the beta period.
AI & Technology Limitations
- •TELA-X uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI's GPT models) to analyze trading patterns and provide coaching.
- •AI systems are not infallible. Recommendations and insights should not be treated as absolute truth.
- •AI coaching responses are generated based on your data and general trading psychology principles, not personalized financial advice.
- •The AI does not have access to real-time market data and cannot predict market movements.
- •Technology failures, delays, or errors may occur. Always have backup systems for critical trading activities.
Biometric Data Disclaimer
- •Biometric integrations (Whoop, Oura) are optional features for Elite users.
- •Biometric data correlations with trading performance are observational, not prescriptive.
- •We are not medical professionals. Biometric insights should not be treated as health advice.
- •Low HRV, poor sleep, or high stress scores are informational only. Trading decisions remain your responsibility.
- •Biometric data accuracy depends on your wearable device. We cannot guarantee accuracy of third-party hardware.
Broker Integration Disclaimer
- •TELA-X offers optional integration with third-party brokers (e.g., Alpaca) for trade import purposes only.
- •We do not execute trades on your behalf. We cannot place, modify, or cancel orders.
- •Broker integrations are for convenience in logging trades. Always verify trade data accuracy.
- •TELA-X is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brokerage firm.
- •Issues with broker APIs or data feeds are outside our control.
No Guarantees
- •TELA-X makes no guarantees about trading performance, profitability, or risk reduction.
