Terms of Service

TELA-X is a product of Telos Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 22 687 704 936). All references to "TELA-X", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Telos Holdings Pty Ltd. By accessing or using TELA-X ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

What TELA-X Is

TELA-X is a trading psychology and discipline tool designed to help traders maintain emotional control, detect behavioral patterns, and enforce self-imposed trading rules. The Service includes pre-trade psychological checks, trade logging, AI-powered coaching insights, pattern detection, and analytics.

What TELA-X Is NOT

TELA-X is NOT a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, or trading signal service. We do not provide financial advice, trading recommendations, buy/sell signals, or any guidance on specific trading decisions. The Service does not guarantee profits or prevent losses.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TELA-X. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

One Account Per Person

Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotional offers is prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts.

Subscription Plans

TELA-X offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for paid plans. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Free trials are limited to one per person/payment method.

Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests should be sent to support@tela-x.com.

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) reverse engineer or decompile the software; (e) use automated systems to access the Service without permission; (f) share your account credentials with others; (g) abuse free trials or promotional offers; (h) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (i) use the Service to provide advice to third parties for compensation.

Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models), is owned by TELA-X and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your trading data, notes, and other content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI features), Whoop, Oura (biometrics), and Alpaca (broker). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TELA-X and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your trading activities; (c) your violation of these terms; (d) your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TELA-X operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
